September 6th, 2009 All in all, Nick had an enjoyable birthday. That is until we sang “Happy Birthday” to him and made him cry. A few bites of birthday cake seemed to make everything better, though.

September 4th, 2009 I can barely believe it, but my baby officially turns 2 today. It’s so true when people tell you time flies by quickly. I still remember when Felicity and Chase were 2. Considering that I most likely won’t be having any more children, each of Nick’s birthdays mark the end of an era for me. [...]

I also have a barrage of paperwork [...]

I have been low on energy and cranky most of the day because I NEED SLEEP!!! I couldn’t sleep in today, either, because Chase had preschool, and I had a doctor’s appointment, then [...]
August 8th, 2009 When I moved to California, I was aware of the possibility that I could experience a few earthquakes, but no one ever warned me that I would also experience hurricanes. What? No hurricanes in California, you say? I beg to differ. In fact, there are three of them I have experienced — Hurricane Felicity, Hurricane Chase, and Hurricane Nick. On [...]
