After months of me encouraging Felicity to try out for glee club and months of her telling me, “no,” because she did not want to audition, Felicity surprisingly decided to try out on her own. I had no idea when try outs would be, but when I picked up Felicity at school the other day, she had already signed up to try out. I don’t know what made her change her mind, but I’m glad she did. Today was the day of her audition, and she said it went well. There is one more day of try outs, and then supposedly, the list will be posted next week. There were a lot of kids signed up to try out, so probably only half of them will be selected. I told Felicity as long as she did her best, I was proud of her, regardless of whether or not she got selected. I was proud of her for just trying. Keep your fingers crossed, though!
As for me, it’s another busy work week for me. I’ll be working on my last big project for the next two weeks, but after that, I can take a breather — just in time for Halloween.

Good job Felicity!! I sure hope you made it..mommy will have to keep us informed about it.
I think it was very good of Felicity to try out on her own. I’ll pray you make it!
Good luck!!
Felicity finds out on Wednesday whether or not she made the Glee Club. Keep your fingers crossed!
