A Day Of Relaxation

Okay, so after posting about how busy I’ve been with work, I finally got a chance to relax.  Felicity and Chase had the day off from school, so I decided to take the kids outside and play with them for a good part of the day, even though it was gloomy outside and even started sprinkling a little.  It was so relaxing to be outside, away from a computer, the phone, work, and the TV.  Just me, the kids, a ball, a wagon, and some toys.  Nick didn’t even need any toys.  He was just happy to run around outside.  We even decided to have a picnic on the front lawn at lunch time.

With all the running around I’ve been doing lately, it felt so good just to stay home and do nothing but play with the kids.
